Boom and Bucket Trucks feature a crane or “boom” with an attached fiberglass or steel bucket that can allow access to elevated work areas. The boom is attached to a truck body usually with many locked compartments for tool storage. The bucket houses the controls for the operation of the boom so the same worker can operate the boom and perform the tree work. Our boom and bucket can reach into trees at a height of 60 feet, allowing us with assistance of the crane to take down trees over 100 feet tall.

We have our boom and bucket mounted on an International 4300 with a International dt466 engine and a strong and smooth the Allison 6 speed transmission. This means we can access trees in mountainous terrain up Lee Hill or Sunshine Canyon.
